REFUND POLICY FOR PRE-ORDERS
We are producing each prepaid order in a custom fashion , due to high demand, there is no way to resell these items. Please ensure you make arrangements for you or someone else to pick up your order at least 10 minutes before event end time, as prepaid orders are non-refundable.

🍩Our cost reflects, quality ingredients, staff, time, production, shop cost, and more. We are a husband and wife Chef Team, we make everything by hand and from scratch, and we generally prep for days before every production. Making a quality plant-based product that doesn’t taste plant-based (No dairy, animal eggs, butter) takes a lot of work.
🍩We are BLACK owned, freshly made, SMALL BATCH, artisanal, local plant based product. We love what we do! If you choose to support us we greatly appreciate it. ❤️🔥

We are working on restocking select items and adding more pop-up dates. You may also email us to place an order if something is sold out. In addition, we always produce extras for each event for all those who do not have a pre-order. We are honored to have you here as a small family and black-owned business we are chef-created and put love into everything we do.

DONUT CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
These are all yeast based donuts and pastries most fresh if eaten the same day. For maximum freshness beyond your order pickup day, we recommend storing in an air tight container. All donuts and items with any custard inside should be refrigerated if not eaten the same day. Some individuals do freeze the donuts they cannot eat. But we cannot guarantee same made to eat quality upon defrost. For best freezing outcome, freeze the same day in an airtight container or ziplock bag. Allow to defrost naturally. After storing, in the refrigerator or freezer you can let the item come to room temp naturally and if preferred gently heat in the microwave for 10-30 seconds.
